What's included in the PS5 liquid metal service?+
Complete disassembly of your PS5, professional cleaning of all components, removal of old thermal compound, application of fresh high-grade liquid metal on the APU, careful reassembly and comprehensive stress testing under load. Thermal pad replacement (RAM and VRM) is included only in the top tier (€109) — pads typically need to be replaced once every 5–7 years, so for most consoles the €89 service is enough.

Your PS5 runs cool and quiet again. The shutdowns stop, the fan drops out of earshot, and performance stops sagging in long sessions. Will this void my Sony warranty?+
Opening the console voids the manufacturer warranty. We provide our own 90-day warranty covering the liquid metal application, thermal pad replacement and workmanship. If your Sony warranty has already expired (most PS5s bought before 2024), this is the best way to restore peak cooling.
How long does the full service take?+
The complete PS5 liquid metal + thermal pad service takes about 1.5 hours. This includes careful disassembly, thorough cleaning, liquid metal application, thermal pad replacement, precise reassembly and stress testing under load.
When should I get this service?+
Two triggers. If your PS5 has started shutting itself down, that is not a warning — it is the console cutting power to protect the chip, and you are already overdue. Book it now. Otherwise it depends far more on where the console lives than on the calendar: most are fine at two to three years, some go five. Pets, carpet, a flat on a busy road or beside a park that sheds pollen all summer pull that shorter.
Do you come to my location?+
Yes — most PS5 cleaning is done at your home or office within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. Travel is included in the price. Kerava and anywhere else beyond Kehä III: we still come, with €0.50/km on top and travel for agreed work only.
