The mistakes that cost more than an hour would.
Most call-outs we get aren't 'build me a PC' — they're fixing a first attempt that went sideways. An hour up front usually costs less than the fix.
A 500–600 W unit with no headroom. Stable now, but a future GPU upgrade means replacing the whole power supply instead of just the card.
No ESD strap, carpet underfoot. A motherboard or RAM kit that 'just doesn't post' is sometimes static damage from the build itself, not a bad part.
Too much, too little, or the cooler mounted crooked. Temps that are '20°C worse than the reviews said' usually trace back to this.
A RAM kit unstable under load, or a fan about to die, shows up in a stress test — not three weeks later during a ranked match.

Bring the PC or parts to the bench — we give you the address on that call — or book an on-site slot in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa or Kerava.
We work the quoted hours. If something takes longer than expected, we call before running the clock past the estimate.
Stress test, photos of the finished cabling, walk-through of what was done. You pay only for hours actually worked.

How does hourly billing work?+
We quote an hour estimate on the phone before anything starts, based on the job — consultation, assembly, upgrade or tuning. You're billed for hours actually worked, at €60/h. If a job runs long because we underestimated, that's on us — we call before going past the quote, not after.
Do you sell or supply the parts?+
No — you buy your own parts, wherever you like. That keeps our advice honest: we have no reason to steer you toward a specific brand or store. A paid consultation gets you a written parts list to take shopping.
Is there a workmanship warranty?+
Yes — 90 days on any assembly or upgrade we do. If something we touched fails or was mounted wrong, we fix it at no charge. Component-level failures, a dead GPU for example, go through that part's own manufacturer warranty.
How long does an assembly take?+
Most full builds run 2–3 hours on the bench once parts are in hand — mounting, cabling, BIOS setup, Windows install and a burn-in test before handover. You get an exact hour estimate on the scoping call.
Can I book just a consultation, no assembly?+
Yes — plenty of people book an hour just to sanity-check a parts list or get budget advice before buying anything. No obligation to book assembly afterward.
Do you work on-site or workshop only?+
Both. Upgrades and tuning on an existing PC are often easier on-site in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa or Kerava. Full assembly from parts is usually workshop-bench work — better tools, ESD-safe, no risk to your floor. We give you the address when we agree the job.
