Why does stick drift happen on DualSense?+
Inside the stick module a wiper runs over a carbon track. Normal play wears it — once it's worn, the controller reads movement with the stick centred. Cleaning helps only when dirt is the cause; calibration only corrects a steady off-centre rest point. A module swap fixes it — we fit a Hall Effect module, which has no track to wear.
How much does it cost to fix one stick vs both?+
€30 for one stick, €45 for both done in the same controller. Prices are flat — parts and labour included, faults in our work fixed free. No diagnostics fee.
Does this page cover other DualSense problems?+
Right now we only do stick drift fixes — that's the bulk of what comes through the bench, and we're not currently taking in charge-port, battery or button work on DualSense. If you have a different problem, message us and we'll point you somewhere honest.
Do you also fix DualShock 4 stick drift?+

How long does the repair take?+
Most stick swaps are done within 1–2 working days from the moment the controller is with us. If you are in a hurry, say so when you call — we will tell you honestly what is possible that week.
Can I post the controller instead of bringing it?+
Yes. Posti is at your cost both ways — sending it to us and getting it back. Pack it properly and it arrives fine; Posti handles these well and we have not had one go wrong yet. The day the repair is finished it goes straight back in the post. Message us first and we'll give you the address.
Do you give a warranty on the repair?+
We don't give a separate time-limited warranty: under the Consumer Protection Act we are responsible for defects in our work and in the parts we fit for as long as the repair can reasonably be expected to last. If the fault comes back, tell us and we fix it free. Details in the Terms, §7.

Worth reading first.
DualSense stick drift is almost always a worn stick module. Calibration and cleaning can mask it; a new module fixes it. What to try, and in what order.
DualSense Edge sticks are still potentiometers, so they drift. Reset first, then swap in Sony's replacement module; a dead zone only hides it.
Both are magnetic and contactless, so the sensor has no track to wear out. TMR gives a stronger, cleaner signal. Both need calibrating once fitted.
