“I booked a home visit to have my PS5 serviced, including a deep clean and replacement of the liquid metal and thermal pads. ​The service was prompt, efficient, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. What impressed me most was their honesty. While they easily could have charged me for new thermal pads, the technician inspected them and confirmed they were still in great condition and did not need replacing. Most repair services would jump at the chance to upsell, but this team only recommended what was genuinely necessary. ​My console is running quietly, completely refreshed, and officially ready for the GTA VI launch. “I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Andrei. He came to my home to service my 5 year old gaming laptop, so I didn’t have to take it anywhere. He thoroughly cleaned the laptop, replaced the liquid metal and cooling pads, and made sure everything was working properly after the service. The difference is remarkable. My laptop now runs efficiently and is almost completely silent, and temperatures dropped significantly, which is a huge improvement. The whole service was convenient, fast and professional. He clearly knows what he is doing, and his pricing is more than reasonable. Even though he provides a home service, his price was still the most affordable one I managed to find online. “Absolutely phenomenal service. Professional, flexible and great value for money. My ps5 kept shutting down unexpectedly so I contacted Andrei. He came to my place quickly (which is convenient as you don’t have to take your console to repair and you get the service immediately) and did console cleaning and liquid metal change. However, this didn’t solve the issue. Andrei didn’t however take any fee so you have a guarantee which you won’t find in many similar places. Next morning he suggested that my power supply might be faulty and that he can try his own power supply and change it to my ps5, all this free of charge. That worked, and then Andrei helped me to order a new power supply, came a third time to my place and installed the new unit. All I finally paid for was the cleaning and liquid metal change and now I have a working ps5 again. Best customer experience in a long time.”

At first he built my pc but it didn't work properly (not his fault) and even after his paid service, he came to me for 3 days straight for free, trying to find a solution on why my pc wasn't working properly, and on the 3rd day he found a solution to my problem which was the razor inside my my pc case that came defected. Then I got a new case and he built my new pc perfectly. I appreciate his true effort that he put in, as he actually cares about his clients.”
