“Absolutely phenomenal service. Professional, flexible and great value for money. My ps5 kept shutting down unexpectedly so I contacted Andrei. He came to my place quickly (which is convenient as you don’t have to take your console to repair and you get the service immediately) and did console cleaning and liquid metal change. However, this didn’t solve the issue. Andrei didn’t however take any fee so you have a guarantee which you won’t find in many similar places. Next morning he suggested that my power supply might be faulty and that he can try his own power supply and change it to my ps5, all this free of charge. That worked, and then Andrei helped me to order a new power supply, came a third time to my place and installed the new unit. All I finally paid for was the cleaning and liquid metal change and now I have a working ps5 again. Best customer experience in a long time.”

Are diagnostics really free?+
Always, and there is nothing to pay for us turning up either — travel is included in the price of the work. The one exception: if we come out and no work is needed or wanted after all, the trip is €12.
What's your service area?+
MopsiHuolto works across Greater Helsinki: Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, where travel is included in the price, plus Kerava and the surrounding municipalities with €0.50/km on top. Most maintenance is done on site at your home or office in the Helsinki region — a PS5 clean is from €89, a MacBook battery from €149. Beyond the ring we travel only for work that is already agreed; anything else we sort out remotely.
Do you offer warranty?+
Yes. MopsiHuolto gives 90 days on repair work and a full year on a MacBook battery replacement. On top of that, replacement parts carry the statutory two-year consumer cover under Finnish law, and new components keep their own manufacturer warranty. If something we touched fails inside the window, we fix it again at no charge.
How long does maintenance take?+
PS5 cleaning: about 1.5 hours of actual work. MacBook battery or complex repairs: 1–3 business days on the bench. When we can fit you in is agreed on the call.
Is my data safe?+
Nothing goes anywhere. A clean, a paste change or a battery swap doesn't touch storage at all — your games, saves and files stay exactly where they are. We back up only before a reinstall, and you check the backup yourself before we touch the OS. Keep your own copy too if the files matter — no one should have a single copy of anything.
